Currently our ISP is experiencing problems with the network in the EU. As a result of this, EU players may experience unexpected server downtimes. We are working with our ISP on this issue, but do not have an anticipated time when the problem will be resolved. We will keep you posted as we learn them. This issue affects following servers: London, London 2, EU vs USA and Italy. All other servers are unaffected.

Unfortunately, Moneybookers will no longer be offered as a payment option for gamersfirst.com. That being said, gamersfirst.com will still support Click&Buy, Credit Card, ESN, and PayByCash payment options. PayByCash also has several payment options by itself, including Moneybookers, cash and check. We apologize for any confusion this has caused.

Vivox VoIP will be turned off at 3:00PM PST today, Monday, January 28, 2008 for 24 hours. Vivox is expected to be back up and running at 3:00PM PST tomorrow, Tuesday, January 29, 2008. Only the clans that are participating in the Vivox soft launch will be affected, there will be no change other than Vivox being turned off. We apologize for the inconvenience.
